This is a new product offering that will pair perfectly with a wrench if you have a pressed on muzzle device. This will not work for threaded on cutts compensators. This will work with all modern production Kahr 1927's that utilize a pressed on Cutts compensator. This will also work for removing a M1A1 front sight. 

Note this tool is not needed for reinstallation of the cutts comp or front sight and is only used for disassembly. 

The thought behind this tool is to press the barrel off the front sight. Basic steps are as follows and I go into more detail in the instructions them selves. Simply separate your upper and lower receiver, place the press plate around the barrel at the barrels thinnest portion near the muzzle. Then insert the press disk into the largest slot of the cutts compensator and ensure the press disk falls to the muzzle and is resting flat on it. Insert your .460" diameter rod and press the barrel off the comp. Its as simple as that. 

Press plate and press disk are constructed of .135" thick mild cold rolled steel. The .460" rod is heat treated high speed steel.
